Twitches and Spazzems?
Okay, so..to start, I’m a night owl. I can’t help but be up all night (I’ve tried everything), but occasionally in the morning (Tired or not) I’ll, like.. twitch. Or my arm will move involuntarily. It’s more recently, either that or I’ve never noticed it before. Like I said, it happens sometimes when I’m not tired. It doesn’t happen often, but its kind of like when you’re laying on the bed, then randomly you’ll jolt, feeling like you’re falling off (even though your in the middle of the bed), and you’ll just twitch really fast.

Could it be because I’m a day sleeper, spend too much time on the computer? I don’t have any medical issues or anything, or allergies that I know about. And, I don’t think it’s a nervous twitch. It just, randomly happens where my arm will move or jump, without me telling it to.

I don’t think it’s anything serious, I’m just curious to what the cause could be, or if there’s a medical term for it.

You need to see a doctor. You could possibly have some sort of neuromuscular problem., or a pinched nerve.

Don't you just hate it when you're outwitted by a chocolate bar?
I’ve just struggled for about five minutes to break into a flat Milka bar, furiously trying to get my fingernail between its centre seal and tear it apart. Then I noticed it: a highly visible red arrow directing me to simply pull here!

Grrr! I hate chewing gum packets for the same reason!

Sometimes I wonder if those wrappers are printed in a different language?

And then when I start out by looking for the red arrow on a banana I can never find it.
